I'm presently playing with an NA and California Idle Smog.. I've found T-Body Balance is a BIG issue.. Is the ECU in idle Mode?.. Check by seeing if the Timing is at 15 Deg Use ECU Talk to View the Left/Right O2 Sensor Sig.. Knowing that the Left T-body controls the Right O2 ( And Versa Visa ) Add air to the O2 Sensor to drop the Voltage.. I'd Start by closing the T-Bodies all the way then try and get your idle to stay at 700 by adjusting the IAC and then balance out the O2 Sigs.. I was able to get a 80-160 ( Wandering ) HC Idle on my NA.. 100 is passing, but I did not smog it because it was too close.. I'm adjusting a few Idle ECU values then taking the car back to see where it is.. Cj
